c) Berufsprüfung 1 Die Interkantonale Kommission legt fest, welche Bereiche Gegenstand der in Artikel 13 Abs. 1 Bst. f vorgesehenen Prüfung sind und unter welchen Bedingungen die Prüfung als bestanden gilt. 2 Mit Ausnahme des in Artikel 13 Abs. 5 vorgesehenen Falles sind nur Personen bis zur Vollendung des 50. Altersjahres zur Prüfung zugelassen. 3 Die Interkantonale Kommission kann die Ausbildungsbedingungen festlegen, die für die Zulassung zur Prüfung erforderlich sind.
