Ausstellungsverfahren a) Im Allgemeinen 1 Die Patente werden vom Wohnsitzkanton des Gesuchstellers ausgestellt. 2 Wenn der Gesuchsteller eines Sportfischereipatents seinen Wohnsitz in keinem der drei Konkordatskantone hat, wird das Patent von dem Kanton ausgestellt, an den sich der Gesuchsteller wendet.
