Kantonale Verwaltungsbehörden 1 Die Kantone bezeichnen die Verwaltungsbehörden und die Dienststellen, die mit dem Vollzug dieses Konkordats beauftragt sind; sie regeln das Verfahren, das sie befolgen müssen. 2 Die Beschlüsse dieser Behörden und Dienststellen können gemäss den von den Kantonen erlassenen Vorschriften Gegenstand einer Beschwerde sein.
