Bundesgesetz über die Beteiligung Österreichs an der 5. allgemeinen Kapitalerhöhung der Asiatischen Entwicklungsbank (AsEB-5) StF: BGBl. I Nr. 20/2010 (NR: GP XXIV RV 603 AB 621 S. 59.) Der Nationalrat hat beschlossen:

Propose a change

§ 1

§ 1. Der Bund übernimmt bei der Asiatischen Entwicklungsbank 24 080 zusätzliche Kapitalanteile in Höhe von je 10 000 US-Dollar mit dem Gewicht und Feingehalt vom 31. Jänner 1966.

§ 2. Mit der Vollziehung dieses Bundesgesetzes ist der Bundesminister für Finanzen betraut.
