1 Die Kasse führt eine eigene Rechnung, die mit dem 31. Dezember abgeschlossen wird. 2 Zur Kontrolle der Verbindlichkeiten nach BVG wird neben den Rechnungen gemäss Abs. 1 eine so genannte Schattenrechnung nach den Vorschriften dieses Gesetzes geführt. Diese dient insbesondere auch im Sinne von Art. 21 zur Ermittlung der Beiträge an den gesamtschweizerischen Sicherheitsfonds, bzw. als Basis zur Geltendmachung allfälliger Ansprüche an diesen Fonds.
