§ 10 Versand
(1) Stoffe und Gemische, für die in Anlage 2 auf diese Vorschrift verwiesen wird, dürfen außerhalb des in § 5 Absatz 2 bezeichneten Empfängerkreises nicht im Versandwege abgegeben oder zum Versand angeboten werden. (2) Absatz 1 gilt auch für die nicht gewerbsmäßige Abgabe und das nicht gewerbsmäßige Anbieten.
