Gebührenpflichtige Gemeinschaften Bei Wohngemeinschaften, Stockwerkeigentümerinnen und -eigentümern sowie bei Vorliegen eines gemeinsamen Wasserzählers für mehrere Abwasserverursachende oder mehrere Liegenschaften werden die Gebühren der Gemeinschaft in Rechnung gestellt. Die Rechnungen werden einem von der Gemeinschaft zu bezeichnenden Vertreter bzw. einer Vertreterin zugestellt.
