Indipendentemente dalle sanzioni penali previste all’art. 17, il Dipartimento può, d’ufficio o su segnalazione, sospendere fino a 12 mesi, o in casi gravi revocare l’autorizzazione di deroga ad ogni negozio in cui sono state violate le disposizioni della legge.
