Art. 5 Regime applicabile
In caso di contestazione sul regime applicabile a un negozio, a causa del genere diverso degli articoli venduti, il Dipartimento decide sentito il preavviso della Commissione consultiva, tenuto conto del genere di commercio esercitato in misura preponderante dal negozio e con riferimento al carattere predominante delle vendite.
