Art. 10 Zuständigkeiten
1 Oberstes Organ der Gemeinde sind die Stimmberechtigten, die ihre Rechte an der Urne oder in der Gemeindeversammlung in Wahl- und Sachgeschäften ausüben. 2 Zusätzlich beschliessen sie über neue Ausgaben, Kredite und sonstige Verpflichtungen gemäss Art. 17 (Finanzkompetenzen) dieser Gemeindeordnung.
