Art. 100
1 Wer einen Angehörigen der Armee in der Ausübung des Dienstes hindert oder stört, wird mit Geldstrafe bestraft. 2 Im aktiven Dienst ist die Strafe Freiheitsstrafe bis zu drei Jahren oder Geldstrafe. 3 In leichten Fällen erfolgt disziplinarische Bestrafung. Fassung gemäss Ziff. I 2 des BG vom 23. März 1979, in Kraft seit 1. Jan. 1980 (AS 1979 1037; BBl 1977 II 1). Fassung gemäss Ziff. II 2 des BG vom 19.
