Art. 118
Wer aus achtenswerten Beweggründen, namentlich aus Mitleid, einen Menschen auf dessen ernsthaftes und eindringliches Verlangen tötet, wird mit Freiheitsstrafe bis zu drei Jahren oder Geldstrafe bestraft. Fassung gemäss Ziff. II des BG vom 23. Juni 1989, in Kraft seit 1. Jan. 1990 (AS 1989 2449; BBl 1985 II 1009).
