1 Wer Vermögenswerte, die ihm ohne seinen Willen zugekommen sind, unrechtmässig in seinem oder eines andern Nutzen verwendet, wird mit Freiheitsstrafe bis zu drei Jahren oder Geldstrafe bestraft. 2 In leichten Fällen erfolgt disziplinarische Bestrafung. Eingefügt durch Ziff. II des BG vom 17. Juni 1994, in Kraft seit 1. Jan. 1995 (AS 1994 2290; BBl 1991 II 969).
