Art. 141
Wer einem Angehörigen der Armee im Zusammenhang mit dessen dienstlicher Tätigkeit für eine pflichtwidrige oder eine im Ermessen stehende Handlung oder Unterlassung zu dessen Gunsten oder zu Gunsten eines Dritten einen nicht gebührenden Vorteil anbietet, verspricht oder gewährt, wird mit Freiheitsstrafe bis zu fünf Jahren oder Geldstrafe bestraft. Fassung gemäss Ziff. I 2 des BG vom 22. Dez. 1999 (Revision des Korruptionsstrafrechts), in Kraft seit 1. Mai 2000 (AS 2000 1121; BBl 1999 5497).
