1 Wer im Hinblick auf die Dienstausübung für sich oder einen Dritten einen nicht gebührenden Vorteil fordert, sich versprechen lässt oder annimmt, wird mit Freiheitsstrafe bis zu drei Jahren oder Geldstrafe bestraft. 2 In leichten Fällen erfolgt disziplinarische Bestrafung.
