Art. 144b
Ein leichter Fall im Sinne der im achten und neunten Abschnitt erwähnten Bestimmungen liegt insbesondere dann vor, wenn sich die Tat nur auf einen geringen Vermögenswert oder auf einen geringen Schaden richtet. Eingefügt durch Ziff. II 1 Abs. 25 des BG vom 21. März 2003, in Kraft seit 1. Jan. 2007 (AS 2006 3389; BBl 1999 1979).
