Art. 159
1 Wer eine exhibitionistische Handlung vornimmt, wird mit Busse bestraft. 2 In schweren Fällen ist die Strafe Geldstrafe. 3 Unterzieht sich die beschuldigte Person gemäss Anordnung der zuständigen Behörde einer ärztlichen Behandlung, so wird das Verfahren eingestellt. 4 In leichten Fällen erfolgt disziplinarische Bestrafung.
