Bei Urteilen nach dem Militärstrafgesetz wird das Recht der Begnadigung ausgeübt:
a. wenn ein Militärgericht geurteilt hat vom Bundesrat; nachdem ein General ernannt wurde, von diesem;
b. wenn das Bundesstrafgericht geurteilt hat, von der Bundesversammlung;
c. wenn eine kantonale Behörde geurteilt hat, von der Begnadigungsbehörde des Kantons.
