Wird in Bundesvorschriften auf Bestimmungen verwiesen, die durch dieses Gesetz geändert oder aufgehoben werden, so sind diese Verweisungen auf die entsprechenden Bestimmungen dieses Gesetzes zu beziehen. Fassung gemäss Ziff. III des BG vom 21. März 2003, in Kraft seit 1. Jan. 2007 (AS 2006 3389; BBl 1999 1979).
