Art. 49abis
Das Gericht kann einen Ausländer für 3–15 Jahre des Landes verweisen, wenn er wegen eines Verbrechens oder Vergehens, das nicht von Artikel 49a erfasst wird, zu einer Strafe verurteilt oder gegen ihn eine Massnahme nach den Artikeln 59–61 oder 64 des Strafgesetzbuches angeordnet wird.
