Art. 84
1 Mit Busse wird bestraft, wer ein Delikt nach den Artikeln 81–83 begeht, wenn er: a. zum Zivildienst zugelassen wird; b. dem waffenlosen Dienst zugewiesen wird; c. dienstuntauglich erklärt wird und die Dienstuntauglichkeit bereits im Zeitpunkt der Tat bestanden hat. 2 In leichten Fällen erfolgt disziplinarische Bestrafung. 3 Straflos bleibt, wer im Zeitpunkt der Tat nicht einrückungsfähig gewesen ist. Fassung gemäss Ziff. II 2 des BG vom 25. Sept. 2015, in Kraft seit 1. Juli 2016 (AS 2016 1883; BBl 2014 6741).
