Wer vom neutralen Gebiet der Schweiz aus Feindseligkeiten gegen einen Kriegführenden unternimmt oder unterstützt, wer Feindseligkeiten gegen in die Schweiz zugelassene fremde Truppen unternimmt, wird mit Freiheitsstrafe oder Geldstrafe bestraft.
