(1) Etendusasutus korraldab oma repertuaaris olevate teoste jäädvustamist, arvestades autoriõiguse seadusest tulenevaid nõudeid. (2) Jäädvustamine käesoleva seaduse tähenduses on teose esituse salvestamine mistahes andmekandjale.
