§ 5. Rakendussätted
(1) Jäätmealase tegevuse aruanded vastavalt „Jäätmeseaduse” § 117 lõikele 1 esitatakse kooskõlas käesoleva määrusega esmakordselt 2013. aastal toimunud tegevuse kohta. (2) „Jäätmeseaduse” § 117 lõike 1 kohased jäätmealase tegevuse aruanded esitatakse, kasutades jäätmete taaskasutamistoimingut R4k esmakordselt 2022. aastal toimunud tegevuse kohta.
