§ 70 Bekanntgabe des Wahlergebnisses
Im Anschluss an die Feststellungen nach § 67 gibt der Wahlvorsteher das Wahlergebnis im Wahlbezirk mit den in dieser Vorschrift bezeichneten Angaben mündlich bekannt. Es darf vor Unterzeichnung der Wahlniederschrift (§ 72) anderen als den in § 71 genannten Stellen durch die Mitglieder des Wahlvorstandes nicht mitgeteilt werden.
