(1) Laevakinnistusraamatu kanne parandatakse laeva lipuõiguse ja laevaregistrite seaduse §-s 54 sätestatud alustel ja korras. (2) Kande parandamisel kohaldatakse kinnistusraamatu parandamisele sätestatut.
