Title 22 Elections

Write the words of this act the way you think they should read. Solon shows your change as a redline against the published text and pins it to that exact text, so it can never be applied to wording you did not see.

Your change, as a redline

22-24-308. Grounds for denying certification of initiative application.

(a) The secretary of state shall deny final certification of an initiative application if he determines that: (i) The proposed bill to be initiated is not in the required form, including the requirements of W.S. 8-1-105; (ii) The application is not in the required form; (iii) The committee of applicants failed to submit a sufficient number of qualified registered voters as sponsors within thirty (30) days after submitting its final proposed bill and application for certification; or (iv) The proposed bill was not submitted for review and comment in accordance with W.S. 22-24-304.

One line that says what changes, such as "Halve the dog tax".

Who it helps, what it costs, what it fixes. It is what persuades people to support it.

A proposal here is not law. Support on Solon is evidence that people want the change; the official route says what it takes to make it law.
