Art. 25 Norma abrogativa e transitoria
1Il regolamento sull’esercizio delle aziende di pompe funebri del 9 giugno 1961 e il decreto esecutivo concernente l’autorizzazione per l’esumazione e il trasporto di salme del 16 gennaio 1961 sono abrogati. 2Le imprese di pompe funebri già autorizzate, devono adeguarsi ai nuovi requisiti entro un termine di 6 mesi, riservato l’art. 102c della legge.
