Il carro funebre deve disporre delle seguenti caratteristiche: a) essere carrozzato in modo fisso e non trasformabile a doppio uso; b) avere l’abitacolo nettamente separato dalla parte riservata al feretro; c) avere la carrozzeria dipinta in modo adeguato allo scopo dell’impresa; d) aver superato il collaudo dell’Ufficio cantonale della circolazione, che stabilisce anche il numero massimo degli accompagnatori. 2.
