Scopo 1 Le prestazioni comunali in ambito sociale perseguono lo scopo di sostenere puntualmente le persone che si trovano in una situazione di momentaneo bisogno. 2 Le misure previste dal presente regolamento hanno carattere temporaneo e sono intese a prevenire il ricorso alle prestazioni sociali di carattere ricorrente stabilite dalla legislazione federale o cantonale. 3 Le denominazioni professionali utilizzate nel presente Regolamento si intendono al maschile e al femminile.
