Beneficiari Le prestazioni comunali possono essere erogate se sono cumulativamente adempiute le condizioni seguenti: a. mancato conseguimento del reddito disponibile residuale stabilito dall’art. 6; b. cittadinanza svizzera, possesso del permesso di domicilio C o di dimora B, se iscritti quali domiciliati nel Comune da almeno 3 anni consecutivi con eventuale interruzione complessiva inferiore a 6 mesi.
