Art. 5 Chapitre II Conditions d’intervention
Entreprises éligibles 1 Toute entreprise établie dans le canton de Genève exploitant une activité en la forme commerciale et y déployant principalement ses activités peut faire appel à la fondation. 2 L’entreprise a la forme juridique d’une entreprise individuelle, d’une société de personnes ou d’une personne morale.(1) 3 Les associations et les fondations sont éligibles si, pour atteindre leur but, elles exercent une industrie en la forme commerciale.
