Jede Person hat in Verfahren vor Verwaltungs- und Gerichtsinstanzen nach Massgabe der Bundesverfassung namentlich das Recht auf: a. gleiche und gerechte Behandlung; b. Beurteilung innert angemessener Frist; c. rechtliches Gehör; d. unentgeltliche Rechtspflege und unentgeltlichen Rechtsbeistand; e. Beurteilung durch unabhängige Gerichte; f. Schutz im Fall eines Freiheitsentzugs; g. ein faires Strafverfahren.
