Bundesgesetz über die Leistung eines österreichischen Beitrages zur 14. Wiederauffüllung der Mittel der Internationalen Entwicklungsorganisation (IDA-14) und zum Treuhandfonds für hochverschuldete arme Länder (HIPC-Trust Fund) StF: BGBl. I Nr. 110/2005 (NR: GP XXII RV 1067 AB 1099 S. 122.)

§ 1

§ 1. Der Bund beteiligt sich an der 14. Wiederauffüllung der Internationalen Entwicklungsorganisation mit einem Betrag in Höhe von 239 710 000 EUR.

§ 2. Der Bund leistet zum bei der Internationalen Entwicklungsorganisation eingerichteten Treuhandfonds für hochverschuldete arme Länder (HIPC-Trust Fund) einen Beitrag in Höhe von 10 920 000 EUR.

§ 3. Mit der Vollziehung dieses Bundesgesetzes ist der Bundesminister für Finanzen betraut.
