§ 124. Osaniku vastu esitatavad nõuded
Kui ühing lõpeb, vastutab osanik solidaarselt teiste osanikega täisühingu kohustuste eest viie aasta jooksul ühingu lõppemisest. Sellest kõrvalekalduv kokkulepe ei kehti kolmandate isikute suhtes.
