§ 2 Begriffsbestimmung
(1) Eine Himmelslaterne im Sinne dieser Verordnung ist ein unbemannter ballonartiger Flugleuchtkörper, 1. bei dem der Auftrieb durch eine offene Feuerquelle erzeugt wird und 2. der frei und ohne Kontrollmöglichkeit fliegt. Der Brennstoff als Feuerquelle zur Lufterwärmung kann fest, flüssig oder gasförmig sein. (2) Andere Bezeichnungen einer Himmelslaterne, wie zum Beispiel Wunschlaterne oder Glücksballon, lassen § 3 dieser Verordnung unberührt.
