Gebührenerlass 1 Der Stadtrat kann Nutzergruppen und Nutzungen bezeichnen, die von den Gebühren teilweise oder ganz befreit sind. 2 Die Gebühren für Veranstaltungen, die einem überwiegend öffentlichen Interesse dienen, können durch die zuständige städtische Stelle herabgesetzt oder auf begründetes Gesuch hin ganz erlassen werden. 3 Gebühren auf Leistungen gestützt auf Art. 9 Abs. 3 werden nicht erlassen.
