1 Le présent règlement régit: a) la distribution de l’eau potable sur le territoire communal; b) les rapports entre la Commune et les usager·ère·s; c) les rapports entre la Commune et les distributeur·rice·s actif·ve·s sur son territoire. 2 Ce règlement s'applique: a) à tou·te·s les usager·ère·s auxquel·le·s la Commune fournit de l’eau potable; b) à tout·e distributeur·rice actif·ve sur le territoire communal. 3 Tout·e propriétaire d’une construction ou d’une installation raccordée au réseau est également un·e usager·ère au sens du présent règlement.
