Zentrale Sammelstelle 1 Der Kanton errichtet und betreibt eine zentrale Sammelstelle für das Sammeln, Zwischenlagern und den Transport von tierischen Nebenprodukten, für deren Entsorgung er verantwortlich ist. 2 Tierische Nebenprodukte, die nicht direkt dem Entsorgungsbetrieb übergeben werden müssen, sind in die zentrale Sammelstelle zu bringen.
