Anstalt 1 Die Haft wird in einer geschlossenen Abteilung des Zentralgefängnisses (die Anstalt) vollzogen. 2 Das Amt für Bevölkerung und Migration kann aufgrund des Verfahrensstands, der Anzahl der in der Anstalt verfügbaren Haftplätze oder des Verhaltens der inhaftierten Person deren Verlegung in eine ausserhalb des Kantons gelegene, speziell für den Vollzug der Zwangsmassnahmen im Ausländerrecht vorgesehene Einrichtung verfügen.
