Aufgrund des § 3 Absatz 1 Satz 1 Nummer 1 in Verbindung mit § 14 des Binnenschifffahrtsaufgabengesetzes in der Fassung der Bekanntmachung vom 20. März 2023 (BGBl. 2023 I Nr. 82) in Verbindung mit § 3 der Verordnung zur Einführung der Binnenschifffahrtsstraßen-Ordnung vom 16. Dezember 2011 (BGBl. 2012 I S. 2, 1717), von denen § 14 des Binnenschifffahrtsaufgabengesetzes durch Artikel 14 des Gesetzes vom 22. Dezember 2023 (BGBl. 2023 I Nr. 409) geändert worden ist, verordnet die Generaldirektion Wasserstraßen und Schifffahrt:
