§ 2 Mehrere Beauftragte
Die zuständige Behörde kann anordnen, daß der Betreiber einer Anlage im Sinne des § 1 mehrere Immissionsschutz- oder Störfallbeauftragte zu bestellen hat; die Zahl der Beauftragten ist so zu bemessen, daß eine sachgemäße Erfüllung der in den §§ 54 und 58b des Bundes-Immissionsschutzgesetzes bezeichneten Aufgaben gewährleistet ist.
