§ 20a Summarische Ausgangsanmeldung
(1) Sofern keine Ausfuhranmeldung oder Wiederausfuhranmeldung abgegeben wurde, hat der Beförderer eine summarische Ausgangsanmeldung nach Artikel 271 der Verordnung (EU) Nr. 952/2013 innerhalb der Fristen des Artikels 244 der Delegierten Verordnung (EU) 2015/2446 bei der Ausgangszollstelle abzugeben. Die Ausnahmen von der Verpflichtung zur Abgabe einer Vorabanmeldung nach Artikel 245 der Delegierten Verordnung (EU) 2015/2446 sind zu berücksichtigen. (2) Die summarische Ausgangsanmeldung muss die Angaben nach Anhang B Titel I Kapitel 3 Abschnitt 1 Spalte A1 und A2 der Delegierten Verordnung (EU) 2015/2446 enthalten. (3) § 14 Absatz 4 gilt entsprechend.
