§ 20b Wiederausfuhrmitteilung
(1) Sollen Waren aus dem Zollgebiet der Union ausgeführt werden und ist weder eine Zollanmeldung noch eine Wiederausfuhranmeldung noch eine summarische Ausgangsanmeldung erforderlich, so ist von der Person, die gemäß Artikel 267 Absatz 2 der Verordnung (EU) Nr. 952/2013 für die Gestellung der Waren beim Ausgang zuständig ist, vor dem Verbringen der Waren aus dem Zollgebiet der Union eine Wiederausfuhrmitteilung im Sinne von Artikel 5 Nummer 14 und Artikel 274 der Verordnung (EU) Nr. 952/2013 entsprechend den Anforderungen des Anhangs B Titel I Kapitel 3 Abschnitt 1 Spalte A3 der Delegierten Verordnung (EU) 2015/2446 bei der Ausgangszollstelle abzugeben. (2) § 14 Absatz 4 gilt entsprechend.
