§ 45 Durchfuhrverfahren
Die Zulässigkeit der Durchfuhr wird beim Ausgang der Güter aus dem Inland von der Ausgangszollstelle geprüft und beim Ausgang über eine Binnengrenze zu einem anderen Mitgliedstaat der Europäischen Union von jeder beteiligten Zollstelle geprüft. Die Zollstelle kann zu diesem Zweck von dem Transporteur der Güter oder von den Verfügungsberechtigten weitere Angaben und Beweismittel, insbesondere auch die Vorlage der Verladescheine verlangen.
