§ 63 Begriffsbestimmungen
Für Zwecke der Meldungen nach diesem Kapitel ist 1. Inland das deutsche Wirtschaftsgebiet im Sinne des Kapitels 2 Nummer 2.05 des Anhangs A der Verordnung (EU) Nr. 549/2013 des Europäischen Parlaments und des Rates vom 21. Mai 2013 zum Europäischen System Volkswirtschaftlicher Gesamtrechnungen auf nationaler und regionaler Ebene in der Europäischen Union (ABl. L 174 vom 26.6.2013, S. 1), die zuletzt durch die Verordnung (EU) 2023/734 (ABl. L 97 vom 5.4.2023, S. 1) geändert worden ist, in der jeweils geltenden Fassung, 2. Inländer jede institutionelle Einheit im Inland im Sinne des Kapitels 2 Nummer 2.12 bis 2.30 in Verbindung mit Nummer 2.07 bis 2.11 des Anhangs A der Verordnung (EU) Nr. 549/2013 und 3. Ausländer jede institutionelle Einheit im Ausland im Sinne dieses Kapitels 2 Nummer 2.12 bis 2.30 in Verbindung mit Nummer 2.07 bis 2.11 des Anhangs A der Verordnung (EU) Nr. 549/2013.
