1 Darlehen bis zu 10'000 Franken werden ohne Sicherheit gewährt.Sicherheiten 2 Für höhere Beträge hat der Darlehensnehmer oder die Darlehensnehmerin in der Regel eine Lebensversicherungspolice für den Fall des Ablebens zu hinterlegen oder gleichwertige Sicherheiten wie Pfand, Bürgschaft zu leisten. Die Sicherheiten werden vom Finanzinspektorat geprüft. Über Ausnahmen entscheidet der Gemeinderat.
