Verzicht 1 Auf die Nutzungsabgabe kann verzichtet werden, wenn: a) Bund, Kanton oder Stadt St.Gallen einen öffentlichen Anlass durchführt; b) eine öffentlich-rechtlich anerkannte Religionsgemeinschaft den Klosterplatz für einen religiösen oder kirchlichen Zweck nutzt; c) die Nutzung einem gemeinnützigen Zweck dient; d) die Nutzung der Standortförderung oder der Tourismusförderung dient; e) die Nutzung geringfügig und von kurzer Dauer ist.
