Medizinische Gründe 1 Medizinische Gründe liegen vor: a. wenn die erforderliche medizinische Leistung in einem Listenspital des Kantons nicht erbracht werden kann sowie b. bei Notfällen, bei welchen sich die Patientin oder der Patient ausserhalb des Wohnkantons aufhält oder wenn die ausserkantonale Hospitalisation zwingend nötig ist. Für Behandlungen in Vertragsspitälern besteht ausser im Notfall keine Leistungspflicht des Kantons. 3. Formelle Voraussetzungen
