Zuständigkeit 1 Die Schweizerische Konferenz der Verbindungsstellen IVSE ist zuständig für: a) die Ausarbeitung von Bericht und Antrag zu den Geschäften des Vorstandes VKgemäss Artikel 9 Buchstaben e – h. Anträge gemäss Artikel 9 Buchstabe f dürfen nur auf Antrag einer Regionalkonferenz erfolgen. b) den Austausch von Informationen im Sinne von Artikel 1 Absatz 2. c) die Instruktion der Verbindungsstellen.
